Money Vikings Investing - Week of 11/6-11/10
In This Issue: Market Report, Finviz/Sector Analysis, Weekly Sentiment Analysis, Star Wars figures worth more than Gold? TLT HotTrade is working out.
What an exciting week, with SPY closing over 440 and not taking any prisoners. Powell did mention he might not be done raising rates, but seems the market didn’t care too much about that and continued to rally. The US dollar continued to hang in there, while Natural Gas and Oil leaked all over the parking lot. QQQ was the clear winner this week, no doubt helped by AAPL’s 4% gain. I’ve been working on speeding up the site, and have been learning about content delivery networks this week. TLT Bull Put Spread (for a credit on entry)
Last week I made a small bet that TLT would continue to rise. I collected a .52 credit upon entering, and my max loss was .48 per contract. So far the trade is working out and I am holding as TLT sits at 87.99. It will be profitable if it closes above 88 at close.
